Arturo Vidal Expected To Join Real Madrid

vidal-juventus2Arturo Vidal has reportedly agreed to leave Juventus this summer for Real Madrid, despite interest from Manchester United and Arsenal, as per the Daily Express.

The report claims that the Chilean international, who played a key role in their Copa America success, is ready to be sold by the Italian champions, who are desperate to keep hold of Paul Pogba.

The report continues by stating that the 28-year-old who scored seven league goals last season is keen on a move to Los Blancos and has already spoken to their new coach, Rafa Benitez about a proposed move.

The Express’s sources believe that Vidal has already told the Spanish giants that he will sign a five-year-contract with the club, with representatives from Madrid already flying out to Chile to finalise a deal.

The former Bayer Leverkusen star was one of Massimo Allegri’s key players at Juve last season. helping them win a league and cup double and finish as runners-up in the Champions League.

Should the move become reality, Vidal would not be the first player to move between the two clubs this summer, as the German international Sami Khedira joined the Old Lady on a free transfer from Los Blancos, as per the Guardian.
